Hello Hellojust stopped by to tell you a little bit about what is going on right now with me.Like always busy busy :) because now i do cardio everyday around 40 minutes. I do step or treadmill while i am watching Smallville (Super Man) series or i do bike and play games on my phone... so if u see me at the gym and u hear me say damn or shit a couple times while i am sitting on the bike it's because i just lost!! lolRecently, I’ve been training a little bit here there everywhere, you may ask me why i don't train at my house ?? Its because when i start my contest preparation for a show i like to go in the gym where they have people, you know to get motivated the true people know who i am so it pushes me to train harder because you are like a role model and a pro so u need to be on top of your game!! :)I like to train hamstrings at the 24Hr Fitness in MonroviaCA,I train my back at the 24Hr Fitness in Arcadia, and now i love to do legs and back at the 24Hr Fitness at the West Covina park. So if you see me training the same bodypart everytime at a particular gym it's because i have different places to go for each body part :)I started training at the West Covina park 24Hr Fitness because my Fiance just opened a new Shop "Green Comfort Collective" on 15420 Fairgrove Ave. in La Puente.So if u see me training u can say hello i wont bite lol and if i have my Gaspari blue bag ask me if i have samples of Super pump 250 and Sizeon creatine, it will be my pleasure to give you one to try!! Iweigh 150lbs when i checked this morning still heavy but everyday i am getting better and better. The show is May 8 so i need to follow my plan set by set. My elbow's still the same not right yet but it doesn't stop me to train back and legs and hamstring my only problem is triceps this one is out of the question... very painful but i need to deal with it if i want to win NY and i wont let ANYTHING stop me!!
